This is a paint decorated Mohagany/Cherry chest of drawers from 1820 pre-victorian. It wasn't until the Baroque period, in the 17th and 18th centuries, that painted furniture became again fashionable. During this time, furniture was often painted with intricate and personal designs, such as this piece. The owner had it painted in 1835. Measures 43"x43"x22". This is an estate item, and comes from a pet and smoke free home. This is a pickup item only.
